i was asked yesterday if i’d be entering the eat! vancouver, bc chefs association chocolate competition.
my first response was – no way!
i got to thinking about it though, and i have lots of ideas i want to experiment with.
so, why not experiment for competiton?
for the third year in a row, i’ll enter myself in both the plated dessert and bonbons categories.
who knows…maybe i’ll push myself and try making a showpiece as well.
the competition is may 23, so mark it on your calendars.
